Support Groups are structured to meet the needs, concerns, and issues of breast cancer patients and survivors.  A professional facilitator provides a supportive and safe environment for women to express themselves and interact with other survivors.

Getting the Most from Your Support Group:

  • Attend each session that you can.  It is easier to establish trusting relationships if SURVIVORS attend on a regular basis.
  • Don't feel obligated to speak up.  You are likely to get more out of a group if you do participate but you are not obligated to do that.

We are currently developing new support groups.  If you are interested in attending, please call (423) 629-2445.  Support Groups are made possible in part by the Carolyn Ann Marlow Memorial Fund.
