Moving On After Breast Cancer; Mind, Body, & Soul

is an annual half day workshop dedicated to increasing the fitness level of all area breast cancer survivors,both mind and body.This event is FREE to survivors, thanks to the support of the Lillian L. Colby Foundation.

The 2017 Workshop Featured:

Self-Love and Self-Acceptance - Lindsey Rutledge

​A holistic life coach, Lindsey will use affirmations, meditation, and other tools to help survivors maintain self-care.

Body Movement – Ann Law

Professional dancer, teacher, and breast cancer survivor Ann Law will lead gentle movement excercises designed for survivors.

Proprioceptive Writing – Anne Bright

Anne will lead writing exercises to help survivors unburdern their minds and resolve emotional conflicts while focus awareness, dissolving inhibitions, and building self-trust.
