Moving On After Breast Cancer; Mind, Body, & Soul

is an annual half day workshop dedicated to increasing the fitness level of all area breast cancer survivors,both mind and body.This event is FREE to survivors, thanks to the support of the Lillian L. Colby Foundation. 

Due to limited space, this event is for survivors ONLY and a reservation is REQUIRED.

Body Positivity Discussion - Tara Baker Phillips

​A co-founder of a Body Positive Chattanooga, Tara will provide information and lead a discussion on body positivity for survivors.

Body Movement – Ann Law

Professional dancer, teacher, and breast cancer survivor Ann Law will lead participants in translating stories of survivorship into healing movement.

Therapeutic Sound - Robin Burk

Founder of Purple Sky Healing Arts, Robin will offer a soothing sound immersion.
